Товар не може бути походженням з Російської Федерації, Республіки Білорусь та Ісламської Республіки Іран, а також не має бути виробленим підприємствами, пов’язаними з такими державами

Під час заповнення електронної форм Учасник зазначає ціну пропозиції в гривнях без врахування ПДВ. У разі, якщо Учасником процедури закупівлі є платник ПДВ, при укладанні договору про закупівлю сума ПДВ буде додаватися до «остаточної пропозиції» без врахування ПДВ відповідно до законодавства України. Остаточна цінова пропозиція Учасника, подана без ПДВ, повинна бути тотожною сумі Договору без ПДВ. Механізм оголошення процедури без ПДВ застосовується з врахуванням правової позиції Верховного Суду (справа №915/105/18). Ті ж Учасники, які не є платниками ПДВ, повинні в ціні пропозиції, яку будуть зазначати в електронній системі закупівель враховувати всі податки та збори (обов’язкові платежів), адже для такого Учасника ціна пропозиції не буде коригуватись (зокрема, ціна пропозиції не буде збільшена на суму єдиного податку)
