Передача Ліцензії здійснюється впродовж 5 (п’яти) календарних днів з дати підписання Сторонами Договору, але не пізніше 30.11.2026. Ліцензіар завчасно (не пізніше ніж за 1-н робочий день) зобов’язаний повідомити Ліцензіата за електронною адресою або офіційним листом про фактичну дату та час передачі Ліцензії. Надати Ліцензіату доступ на використання Програмної продукції відповідно кожної переданої Ліцензії протягом 2 (двох) робочих днів з моменту отримання заявки від Ліцензіата електронною поштою на адресу. Виплата Ліцензіатом Ліцензійної винагороди за Ліцензію на право використання Програмної продукції здійснюється лише після її фактичного отримання Ліцензіатом та за дійсний отриманий обсяг ліцензій належної якості на підставі належним чином оформленого рахунка-фактури та підписаного Сторонами акта приймання-передачі Ліцензії (далі - Акт) впродовж 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати отримання Ліцензії та відповідних документів, які є підставою для оплати, шляхом перерахування коштів у національній валюті України на банківський рахунок Ліцензіара. При перерахуванні коштів Ліцензіат в призначенні платежу зазначає номер і дату цього Договору та Акта. Разом Ліцензією Ліцензіар зобов’язаний надати Ліцензіату документи на Програмну продукцію, які передбачені нормативно-правовими актами України та підтверджують країну її походження. Такі документи повинні підтверджувати, що Програмна продукція не походить з держав, щодо яких встановлено заборону здійснення публічних закупівель відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 12 жовтня 2022 р. № 1178 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування» (зі змінами).
