Hydraulic boom and trimmer

In accordance with the terms of this procurement procedure, the tender documentation is considered to be the set of information in the filled electronic fields in the "Tender Documentation" section and attached text documents from files containing the tender documentation with appendices, which contains all other information provided for in Art. 22 of the Law and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 12, 2022 No. 1178 "On approval of the specifics of public procurement of goods, works and services for customers provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On Public Procurement”, for the period of martial law in Ukraine and within 90 days from the date of its termination or cancellation". Taking into account the financing of the customer's expenses, a tender proposal whose price is higher than the expected cost of the procurement item, determined by the customer in the announcement of this open tender, will not be accepted for consideration. The technical, qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the procurement item comply with generally accepted state standards and norms regarding the procurement item and are posted in the announcement of the procurement, particularly in the justification file.
