The Seller undertakes to deliver and transfer the Goods to the Buyer on the terms of DDP (in accordance with the official rules for interpreting trade terms of the International Chamber of Commerce Incoterms version 2010) to the final destination located at the address: Cherkasy Oblast, Cherkasy District, s. Khutory. Delivery of the Goods is carried out at the expense and by the Seller's motor transport. The delivery period is 30.11.2026. The Seller shall deliver the goods within two days of receiving the Buyer's order by phone or in any other form. With each batch of goods, the Seller is obliged to provide accompanying documents in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of Ukraine. Payment for the goods is made in the national currency of Ukraine. Payment for the goods is made only after their actual receipt by the Buyer based on properly executed invoices, sales receipts from the Seller within 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of receipt of the goods and relevant documents that form the basis for payment. The basis for payment is the Seller's invoice and receipt. In case of delay in budget financing, payment for the delivered goods is made within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt by the Customer of the budget allocation for financing the purchase to its account.
