Предметът на обществената поръчка е доставка, инсталация, конфигурация, тестване, пускане в експлоатация и поддръжка на Система за организиране, автоматизация и реакция за защита (SOAR) за Националната визова информационна система (НВИС) към Министерството на външните работи, във връзка с проект № BG65BVPR001-2.002-0002 „Развитие и надграждане на програмното и техническото осигуряване на НВИС“, финансиран по административен договор за предоставяне на безвъзмездна финансова помощ с рег. № 812108-81/20.11.2024 г. от Инструмента за финансова подкрепа за управлението на границите и визовата политика 2021–2027, съфинансиран от Европейския съюз. В обхвата на обществената поръчка са включени следните дейности: - Дейност 1 - Доставка на Система за организиране, автоматизация и реакция за защита (SOAR) за нуждите на Националната визова информационна система (НВИС). - Дейност 2 - Услуги по инсталация, конфигурация, тестване и пускане в експлоатация на доставената Система за организиране, автоматизация и реакция за защита (SOAR) в Основен и Резервен визов център на НВИС. - Дейност 3 - Услуги по експертна поддръжка на Системата за организиране, автоматизация и реакция за защита (SOAR). - Софтуерна поддръжка на Системата за организиране, автоматизация и реакция за защита (SOAR), съгласно Техническата спецификация на Възложителя – Приложение 1.
