Renewal of subscription service for data archiving and protection

Currently, UNWE has an implemented and functioning comprehensive cloud solution for backup and data protection Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud. The subject of the current order aims to: 1) Renew for a period of 12 months the right to use and warranty support for a unified data archiving platform Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud with a volume of 60TB and additional functionalities for databases; remote monitoring and management for 80 endpoints; 2) Protection of arrays that are backed up from crypto-viruses (ransomware); 3) Archiving of data in a data center provided by the Contractor, located in the Republic of Bulgaria. The proposed Data Service Center must be located in the Republic of Bulgaria. In order to ensure high performance and continuity of services, the IT infrastructure where the management of the software platform and the archiving of the Client's data is carried out must be located there. The data center should be located in a facility classified as a strategic facility, or the contractor itself should be classified as a strategic facility for the national security of the Republic of Bulgaria and/or the Participant should be classified as a Contractor performing strategic activities, in accordance with Decree No. 181 of July 20, 2009 on the determination of strategic facilities and activities of importance to national security. In the event that the participant plans to use a provided data center to fulfill the order, it should provide proof of the right to use in the form of a contract and/or a preliminary contract and/or other equivalent document in its offer. The Client has identified specific risks for which preventive and overcoming measures must be in place, namely the risks: Risk related to the protection and preservation of the Client's information; Untimely fulfillment of any of the Contractor's obligations; Risk of insufficient knowledge of the activities at the University of National and World Economy relevant to the current public procurement; Loss of key figures from the project team at the Client and/or the Contractor. The deadline for renewing the subscription service for data archiving and protection for the needs of the Client is up to 3 working days from the signing of the contract, for which a handover protocol is signed. Contract term - 12 months from the handover protocol for the renewal of the data archiving and protection service. Requirements for the Customer Service Center, observing the following minimum requirements: The Contractor must have a customer service center with continuous operation (24/7), accepting requests for problems by phone, e-mail or software platform with a response time (problem registration) of up to 30 (thirty) minutes. Deadline for finding a temporary solution (workaround) up to 3 (three) working days. The Contractor must have the ability to escalate a problem to the software platform manufacturer if necessary.
