Delivery of office supplies

This separate position includes the delivery of office supplies (batteries, calculators, adhesive tape, glue, pens, paper, etc.) for the needs of the municipal administration and secondary budget managers of Silistra Municipality. Deliveries are periodic and are carried out after prior request, depending on the specific needs of the municipal administration and secondary budget managers of Silistra Municipality. The goods subject to delivery, along with the Employer's requirements regarding their technical and functional characteristics, unit of measure, and estimated quantity for a period of one year, are described in detail in Appendix No. 1 – “Technical Specification”. The indicated quantities are estimated (approximate), therefore the Employer reserves the right to increase, decrease them, or not order a given item. Each of the sites, within the framework of the contract value agreed in the contract, has the right to change, increase, and/or decrease quantities, in accordance with the actual needs of the sites. The Employer reserves the right not to award the delivery of all materials listed in the Technical Specification, as well as to order other office supply items from the contractor's current catalog at the time of the order and/or from the contractor's official website /Online store/, for which the employer will receive a trade discount in the amount proposed by the contractor in their price offer. The discount proposed will be a constant value for the entire contract period.
