Original language: bgОбществена поръчка с предмет "Доставка на течно гориво - бензин и дизел, за нуждите на Областна администрация - Пловдив" се възлага по реда на чл.79, ал.1, т.7 от ЗОП от публичен възложител по смисъла на чл.5, ал.2, т.8 от ЗОП. Поръчката попада в приложното поле на чл.3, ал.1, т.2 от ЗОП - доставка на: Дизелово моторно гориво Б6 и Премиум дизел с код по CPV - 09134200-9 -7 000 литра ± 20 % Безоловен бензин А95Н, А95+ и А100Н, А98Н с код по CPV - 09132100-4 - 4 000 литра ± 20 % Количествата са за период от 24 (двадесет и четири) месеца и са рамкови, изчислени на база предходен период и средни пазарни цени на борсовия пазар, което количество доверителят ще усвоява според нуждите си, а доставчикът няма да търси отговорност, ако не се усвои изцяло. Съгласно чл.46, ал.1, изр.второ от ЗОП, възложителят не разделя поръчката на обособени позиции, тъй като счита за целесъобразно и съответстващо на интересите му цялостното изпълнение на поръчката да се извършва от един доставчик. Кодовете по CPV, посочени в техническата спецификация са в съответствие с изискваните по чл.4,ал.1 от Закона за обществените поръчки.
