Настоящата процедура се организира от Възложителя в изпълнение на задълженията му като работодател към правоимащите служители на Национална художествена академия, произтичащи от Наредба № 11/2005г. за определяне на условията и реда за осигуряване на безплатна храна и/или добавки към нея", издадена от министъра на труда и социалната политика и министъра на здравеопазването /обн. ДВ бр. №1/03.01.2006 г./. Същите се реализират чрез предоставяне на ваучери за храна, като една от възможните и допустими форми за осигуряване на това обслужване в натура и различаващи го от паричните взаимоотношения между работодател и персонал. Прогнозно количество и обем: Срок за изпълнение на поръчката: 24 (двадесет и четири) месеца, Приблизителен брой на служителите – 260 души; Ваучери за храна на електронен носител - 6 240 бр. Стойността на 1 бр. ваучер за храна на електронен носител за един служител е: 200 лева месечно /до размера на данъчното облекчение по чл. 209а, ал. 1 от ЗКПО/ и прогнозен брой служители 260 души. Участниците да има договори за обслужване на ползватели на ваучери за храна с минимум 4 големи различни търговски вериги, ресторанти, заведения за бързо обслужване и обекти за търговия с храни, включително магазини за хранителни стоки, супермаркети, хипермаркети и други, всяка от която с не по-малко от 5 търговски обекта за хранителни стоки с адреси, попадащи в териториалния обхват на гр. София и Софийска област, гр. Бургас и Област Бургас, гр. Варна и Област Варна /общо/, включително магазини за хранителни стоки, супермаркети, хипермаркети и др., осъществяващи дейност в съответствие с изискванията на Закона за храните /обекти по чл.2, ал.2 от Наредба №7/09.07.2003 г. на МТСП и МФ.
