Минималните технически характеристики са подробно описани в Техническата спецификация (Приложение №1). Поръчката включва доставка на предварително заявени и конкретизирани по вид и количества 1 брой процесор, 1 брой охлаждане на процесора, 1 брой системна (дънна) платка, 1 брой основен графичен ускорител с включен фабричен воден охладител, 1 брой вторичен графичен ускорител, 4 броя оперативна (RAM) памет, 3 броя устройства за съхранение на данни, 1 брой захранващ блок, 1 брой кутия, по 1 брой клавиатура и мишка и 2 броя дисплеи.
