Digitalization of administrative processes in the educational activities of Medical University - Pleven through upgrading, implementation and support of the existing information system with new electronic services for students, teachers and administration

The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor for the digitalization of administrative processes in the educational activities of Medical University - Pleven through upgrading, implementation and support of the existing information system with new electronic services for students, teachers and administration. The subject includes the execution of the following stages and activities according to the Technical Specification (Annex № 1): 1. Data and requirements analysis 2. Preparation of a system design 3. Development of the software solution, including upgrading the technological platform and information security measures, as well as the development and implementation of: a) Module 'Electronic Student Record' b) Module 'Electronic Attendance Tracking' c) Module 'Electronic Semester Verification' d) KUKEP component of Module 'Electronic Ledger' e) Module 'Scholarships' f) Module 'Dormitories' g) HR component of Module 'Human Resources' h) Functionality 'Satisfaction surveys for teachers' i) CRM system 4. Testing 5. Implementation and commissioning 6. Staff training for working with the information system 7. Preparation and handover of project documentation 8. Warranty support of the information system, starting from the date of its acceptance with a Handover Protocol; 9. Post-warranty support of the information system, starting from the date of expiry of the warranty support; 10. Transfer of intellectual property rights over the information system. The detailed description for the execution is described in detail in the Technical Specification (Annex №1). The place of execution of the public procurement is Medical University – Pleven, Pleven city, 'Kliment Ohridski' Str. №1 and the Contractor's office at its location. Term for upgrading, implementation, testing and commissioning – no more than 9 (nine) months from the date of conclusion of the contract. Term for providing warranty support – no less than 12 (twelve) months from the date of acceptance of the system into operation. Term for providing post-warranty support – no less than 12 (twelve) months from the date of completion of the warranty support.
