The estimated number of beneficiary persons is up to 400. The estimated period for the provision of services, which are the subject of the contract, is 105 working days for the period from 30.04.2026 to 30.09.2026, with the estimated number of portions for this period being 42,000. *At the time of announcing this public procurement in accordance with Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act in conjunction with Art. 20, para. 1, item 1, letter 'c' of the Public Procurement Act, financing has not been secured, therefore, pursuant to Art. 114 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority announces the public procurement with the condition, respectively a clause in the contract for deferred performance. The provision of services under this public procurement will commence after receiving an order letter sent by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor for secured financing and after the Contractor submits the specified performance guarantee for the contract, but not earlier than 30.04.2026 and not later than 30.09.2026.
