Provision of services for the construction, maintenance, development, and monitoring of the operational capacity of information and communication systems

The contract is concluded in accordance with the Electronic Governance Act (EGA) with the contracting authority being the Ministry of Innovation and Digital Transformation and the contractor being "Information Service" AD, as the system integrator. Pursuant to § 45, para. 1, sentence 1 of the Transitional and Final Provisions of the EGA Amendment Act, system integration under Art. 7c of the EGA, which includes services for the construction, maintenance, development, and monitoring of the operational capacity of information and communication systems used by administrative bodies, as well as activities that ensure the performance of these services, is carried out by "Information Service" AD in its capacity as a public contracting authority. Based on § 45, para. 2 of the Transitional and Final Provisions of the EGA Amendment Act, according to item 45 of Decision No. 727 of the Council of Ministers of 2019 with subsequent amendments and additions, the National Social Security Institute (NSSI) is designated as the administrative body which, in performing its functions related to system integration activities, assigns the performance of these activities to the system integrator. This announcement is published pursuant to Art. 26, para. 1, item 3, letter "a" of the Public Procurement Act in conjunction with Art. 7c of the EGA.
