Original language: bgДоговорът е сключен по реда на Закона за електронното управление (ЗЕУ) с възложител Министерство на иновациите и дигиталната трансформация и с изпълнител "Информационно обслужване" АД, като системен интегратор. Съгласно § 45, ал. 1, изр. 1-во от ПЗР към ЗИД на ЗЕУ системната интеграция по чл. 7с от ЗЕУ, в която са включени услуги по изграждане, поддържане, развитие и наблюдение на работоспособността на информационните и комуникационни системи, използвани от административните органи, както и дейности, които осигуряват изпълнението на тези услуги, се извършват от "Информационно обслужване" АД в качеството му на публичен възложител. На основание § 45, ал. 2 от ПЗР към ЗИД на ЗЕУ съгл. т. 45 от Решение № 727 на МС от 2019 г. с последващи изменения и допълнения НОИ е определен като административен орган, който при изпълнение на своите функции, свързани с дейности по системна интеграция, възлага изпълнението на тези дейности на системния интегратор. Настоящото обявление се публикува на основание чл. 26, ал. 1, т. 3, буква "а" от ЗОП във връзка с чл. 7с от ЗЕУ.
