В предмета на обособена позиция № 3 „Доставка на плодове и зеленчуци” е предвидена периодична доставка на плодове и зеленчуци. Доставките на хранителни продукти по съответната обособена позиция ще се извършва 2 пъти седмично във вторник и четвъртък. Доставките на СТОКИТЕ се извършват на база писмена месечна заявка подадена от представител на обектите-краен получател до ВЪЗЛОЖИТЕЛЯ, която се подава всяка последна седмица на месеца предхождащ месеца за който се отнася заявката. В края на всяка седмица предхождаща доставката във вторник и четвъртък на база одобрената месечна заявка представител на обектите-краен получател подава информация за необходимите видове и количества хранителни продукти за седмично потребление до ИЗПЪЛНИТЕЛЯ по електронната поща и/или по телефона. Предвид спецификата на настоящата обществена поръчка, възложителят залага прогнозни количества на доставяните хранителни продукти по всяка от обособените позиции, включени в предмета на поръчката, но заложените количества са прогнозни и не ангажират възложителя с цялостното им усвояване при сключване на договор. Закупуването на хранителните продукти ще се определя съгласно възникналите нужди на възложителя.
