SELECTION OF A SUPPLIER OF NET ELECTRIC ENERGY AND COORDINATOR OF A STANDARD BALANCING GROUP FOR THE NEEDS OF "SBA LOZ DR. MARKO ANTONOV MARKOV - VARNA" EOOD

Delivery of net electric energy and coordinator of a standard balancing group for the needs of "SBA LOZ Dr. M. A. Markov - Varna" EOOD, as an end-user within the meaning of the Energy Act, aims to select: a supplier of net electric energy – voltage for the sites specified in Annex No. 1 and a coordinator of a standard balancing group. The total forecast quantity for 12 (twelve) months is according to Annex No. 2 – Statement of consumed electrical energy for a period of 12 months, increased by 30% and costs for future consumption of electrical energy at an additional site (linear accelerator bunker) and a newly constructed stationary, which are not yet connected to the power grid and are located on the territory of "SBA LOZ Dr. M. A. Markov - Varna" EOOD, Base 2, Varna, Asparuhovo district, Vili area. The forecast quantity of the required electrical energy for the entire contract period is: 760.00 MWh. The forecast quantity of electrical energy does not oblige the contracting authority to consume it or to be limited to this quantity. The contractor must ensure the supply of net electrical energy in the required quantities, in accordance with the actual needs of the contracting authority. During the execution of the order, energy monitoring should be carried out as necessary with own or leased measuring and communication equipment, and the necessary schedules and reports should be submitted to the contracting authority.
