Selection of a supplier of net active electrical energy and coordinator of a standard balancing group for 'Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment - Cherven Bryag' EOOD

The subject of the current public procurement is the supply of net active electrical energy for the needs of the Contracting Authority, according to the conditions of the current documentation and Technical Specification - Annex No. 1 from a licensed electricity supplier and coordinator of a standard balancing group, who will supply net active electrical energy, with full administration of the information flow with ESO and assumption of costs for imbalances. The contract period is 12 calendar months, starting from the date of registration of the first electricity supply schedule, with the possibility of renewal for up to one year, according to Art. 21, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), in connection with Art. 6 of the PPA Implementing Regulations, in case a new procedure for selecting a Contractor for electricity supply has not been completed by the expiry date of the contract. The total estimated quantity for the supply of net active electrical energy for the Contracting Authority's sites for a period of one year is approximately 400 MWh, and with the included option for renewal of the supply for up to one year (or a total of two years) is approximately 800 MWh. The estimated value of the supply of net active electrical energy for the contract period is up to €156,130.00 excluding VAT, including the due amounts for network services (access to the electricity transmission and distribution network and electricity transmission through them), the normatively determined price for 'public service obligations', and the due excise duty. The estimated value of the procurement also includes the possible one-time renewal of the contract for a period of one year, according to Art. 21, para. 1 of the PPA, in connection with Art. 6 of the PPA Implementing Regulations, in case a new procedure for selecting an Executor for electricity supply has not been completed by the expiry date of the contract. Estimated value of the option for renewal of the supply for one year: €51,130.00 (fifty-one thousand one hundred and thirty euros) excluding VAT. The final proposed price is formed by a weighted average monthly price per 1 MWh, according to the Bulgarian Independent Energy Exchange on the 'Day Ahead' market segment + a fixed premium price, added to the weighted average monthly price per 1 MWh, excluding VAT. The weighted average monthly price for the supply of 1 MWh means the sum of the hourly price from the Bulgarian Independent Energy Exchange EAD (BNEB), determined on the 'Day Ahead' market segment, calculated for each hour based on the measured energy quantity of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority will not pay a fee for participation in the balancing group. In case of registered imbalances (surplus or deficit) in the standard balancing group, these will be at the Contractor's expense.
