"Delivery, installation and setup of network and server equipment and software to ensure cloud infrastructure for the needs of Medical University "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov" - Varna"

The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor for the delivery, installation, setup, as well as warranty service of network and server equipment, components for installation and management (estimated quantity of equipment 88 units), extension of warranty support for existing equipment/licenses and software (estimated quantity of 45 extended warranties, license renewals and software) in order to ensure the cloud infrastructure serving the activities of Medical University - Varna. The quantity and type of supplies or services will be determined by the Contracting Authority depending on its specific needs and financial coverage. The quantities indicated in the quantity-value account (KSS) are estimates, and the Contracting Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the indicated volumes, including to order products that are not included in the technical specification (TS). The extended support for available equipment and software products includes: access to software updates and replacement of defective equipment or its components. The order includes periodic deliveries of equipment, software products and licenses, and/or services, previously ordered and specified by type (commercial nomenclature), technical data, configuration and quantities, described in detail in Appendix No. 1 - Technical Specification (TS). The proposed unit price for each equipment, software products and licenses must be for a single unit and must include all activities and costs of the Contractor, directly or indirectly related to the delivery (packaging, unpacking, loading, unloading, transport, etc. costs, taxes, fees, duties) and must represent the full and final unit price for the execution of the order. Activities related to installation/setup and integration of equipment, as well as services for installation and configuration of new or existing equipment or software product, IT consulting and auditing activities are paid based on the hourly rate indicated by the participant in the price offer, which must include all costs of the Contractor, directly or indirectly related to the execution of these activities, including on-site visits. The proposed equipment and software must have parameters identical to or better than the minimum requirements of the Contracting Authority, specified in the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1).
