Възложителят предвижда сключване на рамково споразумение, в което не са определени всички условия, с до 5 потенциални изпълнители, за извършване на строително-монтажни работи за изграждане, реконструкция и/или ремонт на елементите от техническата инфраструктура в/за подстанциите или възловите станции, които са (или които ще са) част от електропреносната мрежа на Р България и се експлоатират (или които ще се експлоатират) от „Електроенергиен системен оператор“ ЕАД. За сключване на всеки конкретен договор с лицата, избрани за изпълнители по рамковото споразумение, възложителят ще провежда вътрешен конкурентен избор за определяне на изпълнител, въз основа на критерий за възлагане „най-ниска цена“. В поканата за участие, в това число и в приложенията към нея, възложителят ще конкретизира местоположението, обхвата, обема, максимално допустимия срок за изпълнение и съответния/ните минимален/ни гаранционен/ни срок/ове за извършените строително-монтажни работи, както и основните технически спецификации за изпълнение на планираните дейности. Всички подстанции, собственост на ЕСО ЕАД, независимо от напрежението на уредбите им, се категоризират като строежи първа категория, съгласно чл. 137, ал. 1, т. 1, буква „б“ от Закона за устройство на територията. Прогнозен обем: Подстанции/възлови станции с напрежение 110 kV – 55 бр. реконструкция на ОРУ; 4 бр. строителства за изграждане на нови или реконструкция на съществуващи сгради; 4 бр. строителства за изграждане на нови възлови станции; 3 бр. реконструкции на уредби СрН; 30 бр. текущи ремонти на сгради, съоръжения и др.; 25 бр. строителства за изграждане на нови или ремонт на съществуващи огради.
