Original language: bgРевитализирането на съществуващия колодрум в град Сливен цели осигуряване на многофункционално спортно съоръжение за града. Предвид наличието на бетонова писта за пистово колоездене в добро състояние и с „олимпийска“ дължина 250м, се предвижда същата да се реновира с подходяща настилка отговаряща на съвременните изисквания за тренировки и състезания по пистово колоездене. Заедно с реновирането на пистата се предвижда допълване на съоръжението с обслужваща сграда с необходимите помещения за практикуване на спорта и провеждане на международни състезания и други събития. Цели се изграждане на колодрум от 3та категория по категоризацията на Международната колоездачна федерация, като всички настилки за реновиране на пистата, оразмеряване, осигуряване на нови безопасни зони и прегради са предвидени по изискванията за категорията, както и осигуряването на необходимото осветление и озвучаване за провеждане на тренировки и състезания. С цел рентабилното съществуване на спортното съоръжение и привличането за повече интерес към вело спорта, който изначално е характерен за града, се предвиждат и други атракции и използването на съоръжението и за други дейности. Предвижда се съвместяването на други спортни тренировки като се изграждат лекоатлетическа писта, BMX парк с извити рампи, мини футболно игрище, върху чийто терен евентуално може да се изгради и ледена пързалка, както и се осигурява възможност за разполагане на сцени и пасивен екран за лятно кино. Предвижда се изграждане на нови трибуни, тъй като съществуващите са в незадоволително състояние. Чрез новите трибуни ще се осигурят 1342 бр. места от зрителни седалки подходящи за изполване на открито и 8 места за позициониране на инвалидни колички. ТЕХНИЧЕСКИ ПОКАЗАТЕЛИ: УПИ I „За озеленяване, спорт и атракции“ в кв.665 по плана на кв. „Ново село-Градска градина, гр. Сливен, ПИ с идент.67338.554.11 и 67338.554.18 по КК на гр.Сливен“ Застроена площ на сграда: 1641 кв.м. РЗП сграда: 1907 кв.м. Застроена площ трибуни: 505 кв.м. Площ имот 12109 кв.м. Зелена площ:1504 кв.м. За строежа има изготвен инвестиционен проект във фаза „Технически проект“ и влязло в сила разрешение за строеж за обект втора категория съгласно чл.137,ал.1, т.2 буква „д“ от ЗУТ и чл.4, ал.5, точка 1 от Наредба №1 от 30.07.2003г. за номенклатура на видовете строежи по части: Архитектура, СК, ПиБ – поливна система, ВиК, ЕЛ., ОВК, ЕЕ, Геодезия, ПБ, ИГД и ВОБД
