Subscription and maintenance of equipment in Clinical Pathology

The subject of this dedicated position is “Subscription and maintenance of equipment in Clinical Pathology”. The specified equipment included in the relevant dedicated position requires subscription and maintenance services, according to the technical specification. The contractor who has concluded a contract for subscription and maintenance services has the following obligations, in terms of: Subscription for out-of-warranty service to perform mandatory maintenance of the relevant equipment twice a year (once every 6 months), at its own expense or more often if required by the manufacturer's specifications. The maintenance shall be in volume and scope in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements and the current regulations for quality and safe operation of medical equipment. Service for out-of-warranty service to perform an unlimited number of visits upon call for diagnosis of damage(s) and repair of medical equipment; checks of the operability of each device every two months; performing repairs with replacement of new, original, non-recycled spare parts, if necessary; performing settings, calibrations, tests and software upgrades of the medical equipment (of the medical equipment for which it is necessary and applicable). The contractor who has concluded a contract for subscription/service maintenance of X-ray machines is obliged to perform technical revision of the X-ray machines at its own expense once every 6 months and to issue protocols from the technical revisions. The warranty period for repair/maintenance cannot be less than 3 (three) months from the date of the protocol for the performed repair/maintenance. The warranty period for the spare parts used cannot be less than 12 (twelve) months from the date of the protocol for the performed repair/maintenance.
