Сградата ще бъде разположена в УПИ VIII 1718, 2818, 2821, кв. 105А по ПУП на гр. Котел , ободрен, съответстващ на ПИ с идентификатор39030.501.2914 по КККР на гр. Котел. Към настоящия момент, урегулирания имот предназначен за изграждане на сграда за резидентна грижа за възрастни хора в надтрудоспособна възраст без увреждания е незастроен. Достъпът до него се осъществява по прилежащата улица от юг. Проектът трябва да съдържа: - Част Архитектура; - Част Технологична; - Част Геология; - Част Геодезия; - Част Конструктивна; - Част ОВК; - Част В и К; - Част Енергийна ефективност; - Част Електро; - Част Пожарна безопасност; - Част Паркоустройство и озеленяване; - План за безопасност и здраве; - План за управление на строителните отпадъци. Обхватът и съдържанието на отделните проектни части на Техническия проект трябва да отговарят НАРЕДБА № 4 ОТ 21 МАЙ 2001 Г. ЗА ОБХВАТА И СЪДЪРЖАНИЕТО НА ИНВЕСТИЦИОННИТЕ ПРОЕКТИ. Във връзка с точното спазване на техническия проект при изпълнението на СМР Изпълнителят посредством отделни правоспособни лица, автори на приложимата проектна документация по съответните части, ще осъществява авторски надзор съобразно изискванията на чл. 162 от ЗУТ и договора за изпълнение.
