Свищов“. Описание на предмета на обществената поръчка: Предметът на обществената поръчка включва дейностите: - ИЗРАБОТВАНЕ НА ИНВЕСТИЦИОНЕН ПРОЕКТ във фаза „Работен проект“ при изработването на инвестиционният проект следва да се даде решение за изпълнение на строително – монтажни работи за вътрешен ремонт на помещенията в сградата на СУ „Николай Катранов“ гр. Свищов в съответствие с изискванията на приложимата нормативна уредба за учебните заведения и осигуряване на привлекателна, здравословна и безопасна среда за обучение, възпитание и социализация на учащите и изпълнение на мерки за зелена градска инфраструктура на територията на учебното заведение и околното пространство. - УПРАЖНЯВАНЕ НА АВТОРСКИ НАДЗОР по време на изпълнението на строителните и монтажните работи в съответствие с изискванията на чл. 162, ал. 2 и ал. 3 от Закона за устройство на територията. - ИЗВЪРШВАНЕ НА СТРОИТЕЛНО-МОНТАЖНИТЕ РАБОТИ за основен ремонт на класни стаи и помещения в съответствие с изискванията на приложимата нормативна уредба за учебните заведения, изпълнение на мерки за зелена градска инфраструктура на територията на учебното заведение и околното пространство и осигуряване и изграждане на достъпна архитектурна среда за хора в неравностойно положение. Подробните изисквания за изпълнение са съгласно Техническата спецификация, неразделна част от документацията за участие. Възложителят ще сключи рамково споразумение само с участник, който отговаря на критериите за подбор и чиято оферта, отговаря на предварително обявените условия. Рамковото споразумение ще бъде сключено с едно лице – участникът, класиран на първо място и определен за изпълнител. В Рамковото споразумение са определени всички условия. На основание чл.82, ал.1 от ЗОП, Възложителя сключва договор за обществена поръчка, като прилага тези условия. Възложителят ще сключи Договор за възлагане на обществената поръчка, след осигуряване на финансиране. Към датата на откриване на процедурата не е осигурено финансиране.
