Електрохимична клетка за тестване на мембранни електродни пакети с размер от 25см2 от алкален тип – 1 бр. 1.2. Електрохимична клетка за тестване на мембранни електродни пакети с размер от 50см2 от алкален тип – 1 бр. 1.3. Електрохимична клетка за тестване на мембранни електродни пакети с размер от 25см2 от алкален тип с възможност за интегриране на пакетна конструкция – 1 бр. - съгласно техническа спецификация Приложение № 1.1. към документацията. В обхвата на поръчката са включени следните дейности и отговорности на избрания изпълнител: а) Доставка и монтаж на артикулите, описани в Техническата спецификация б) Гаранционна отговорност в рамките на предложения гаранционен срок (минимум 12 месеца). Място на изпълнение: гр. София, ул. „Акад. Бончев”, бл. 10, в сградата на Институт по електрохимия и енергийни системи „Акад. Евгени Будевски“ – Българска академия на науките (ИЕЕС-БАН). Срокове: Крайният срок за доставка и монтаж е до 8 месецa от подписването на договора, но не по-късно от 30.04.2026г. Срокът на гаранцията (гаранционната отговорност на изпълнителя) е минимум 12 месеца, считано от доставката и монтажа. На основание чл. 104, ал. 2 от ЗОП при провеждане на процедурата, оценката на техническите и ценовите предложения на участниците ще се извърши преди провеждането на предварителния подбор (т.нар. обърнат ред). След декриптиране от председателя на комисията на офертите, подадени чрез платформата, ценовите предложения се отварят заедно със заявлението за участие и техническото предложение. Комисията по чл. 103, ал. 1 от ЗОП извършва съответните действия съгласно чл. 61 от ППЗОП. Обществената поръчка се финансира със средства по: ДОГОВОР ЗА ФИНАНСИРАНЕ № ПВУ-48 от 06.12.2024 г. / BG-RRP-2.017-0027-C01, сключен между Ръководителя на Структурата за наблюдение и докладване („СНД“) по Механизма за възстановяване и устойчивост (МВУ) на ЕС, създаден с Регламент (ЕС) 2021/241, в Българска академия на науките, от една страна, и Институт по електрохимия и енергийни системи „Академик Евгени Будевски“ – БАН, в качеството му на краен получател на средства за изпълнение на инвестиция по Националния план за възстановяване и устойчивост (ПВУ), C2I2: „Повишаване на иновационния капацитет на Българската академия на науките (БАН) в сферата на зелените и цифровите технологии” по процедура за подбор на предложения за изпълнение на инвестиции от крайни получатели [код Финансиране на научноизследователски проекти в областта на зелените и цифровите технологии – 2] във връзка с инвестиция № BG-RRP-2.017-0027 „Водороден генератор в пакетна конструкция от Zero-Gap тип” от ПВУ, финансиран по МВУ.
