Предмет на настоящата обществена поръчка е доставка и обучение. 1.Доставката включва високопрецизен пневматичен контролер за налягане за осигуряване на процедурите по калибриране и проверка на високоточни работни средства за измерване на налягане в “АЕЦ Козлодуй” ЕАД (цифрови калибратори за налягане – работни еталони, клас на точност 0,02 и по-груби). Контролерът ще се използва като изходен еталон и е необходим за подмяна на старите изходни еталони, които са в употреба от 2002 г. и за създаване на автоматизирани работни места в л-я Измерване на налягане,разход и ниво. Обемът на доставката включва - 1бр. високопрецизен пневматичен контролер със следните технически характеристики: - Автоматично генериране и управление на налягане от минус 1 bar до 100 bar(-15 до 1500psi); - Точност до 0,01% FS; - Стабилност на контрола ≤ 0,003% FS; - Двуканален; - Вградени три броя взаимозаменяеми датчици за налягане с функция Plug-and-Play, осигуряващи следните подобхвати: - От минус 1 до 3÷3,5 bar; - От 0 до 20÷25 bar; - От 0 до 60÷80 bar. - Интерфейс RS-232, USB и Ethernet комуникация; - Софтуер за обработка на резултатите от калибриране и генериране на свидетелство – да е съвместим с MS Windows; - Порт с бърза връзка за присъединяване на калибрираното средство за измерване с комплект от елементи за присъединяване към контролера. 2.Обучение и квалификация на персонала на „АЕЦ Козлодуй” ЕАД Необходимо е обучение на персонала на „АЕЦ Козлодуй” ЕАД, който ще извършва метрологична проверка и калибриране с пневматичния контролер. Обучението се извършва от представители на Изпълнителя след въвеждане в експлоатация на български език. Изпълнителят ще осигури превод или ще поеме разходите за превод в случай, че обучението е на език различен от български език. Изпълнителят ще предаде на Възложителя всички материали от проведеното обучение. Обучението завършва с документ удостоверяващ правоспособността на участниците за работа с оборудването. Обучението се организира и провежда по установения ред в “АЕЦ Козлодуй” ЕАД. Офертите се изискват за покупка.
