Delivery through periodic purchase of oils: engine oil SAE10W40-approx. quantity 2520l, engine oil SAE15W40-approx. quantity 60l, trolleybus compressor oil – approx. quantity 60l, electric bus compressor oil - approx. quantity 80 l, gear oil - approx. quantity 420 l, for hydraulic systems and other purposes: as follows - for hydrostatic fan drive system - approx. quantity 210l; for steering system - approx. quantity 80l; for automatic transmission - VOITH DIVA 6 and ZF ECOLIFE 6 AP 1400 B - type ATF - approx. quantity 420l, for air conditioning compressor - approx. quantity 60l. The awarding procedure for the framework agreement will be carried out through the brokerage of "SSB" AD under the conditions of Art. 79, para. 1, item 7 of the Public Procurement Act, and the supply contract is concluded according to the Public Procurement Act, through a stockbroker. The goods must meet the requirements and characteristics according to the technical specification, with quality corresponding to BDS or equivalent. Term of framework agreement - 12 months from the date of signing or until the quantity specified in the specification is reached, whichever event occurs first. Penalties under the framework agreement: 1% of the value of non-performance excluding VAT for each day of non-performance. Termination of the framework agreement: upon expiry of the contract term, by mutual written agreement of the parties or on legally established grounds. Delivery condition - based on a written request from the contracting authority, who is not obliged to purchase the entire quantity under the framework agreement. Delivery time - up to 2 days after receiving a written request. Place of delivery: the warehouse of "Trolleybus and Bus Transport" EOOD in Stara Zagora, Industrial district, Trolleybus depot. Award criterion - the lowest price in €, but not higher than the following prices excluding VAT: Engine oil SAE 10W40 – 5.10€/l.; Engine oil SAE15W40 – 4.72€/l. Trolleybus compressor oil – 3.84€./l.; Electric bus compressor oil – 9.07€./l. Gear oil – 6.49€./l.; for the hydrostatic fan drive system – 4.10€/l.; for steering system – 5.30€/l.; for automatic transmission VOITH DIVA 6 and ZF ECOLIFE 6 AP 1400 B - type ATF - 8.96€/l; for air conditioning compressor – 33.67€/l. The delivery price is final and includes the cost of the goods, packaging, delivery and transport costs, duties, taxes, etc. Transport is carried out by the Seller. Payment method and term - up to 20 working days after receiving the invoice and documents for the goods, by bank transfer. Packaging: standard factory - metal barrels up to 208l or standard plastic canister. Year of manufacture: 2026/2027. Goods documentation: company technical specification, analysis certificate, MSDS. Performance guarantee: 1% of the value of the framework agreement excluding VAT according to the Rules of the SSB AD.
