Обществената поръчка обхваща доставка на нетна активна електрическа енергия от изпълнител - координатор на стандартна балансираща група за ниско напрежение и осигуряващ пълно администриране на информационния поток с ЕСО и поемане на разходите за небаланси за обекти на община Панагюрище. В качеството на координатор на балансираща група, Изпълнителят следва да прогнозира потреблението на обектите на Възложителя и да извършва планиране и договаряне на конкретните количества активна нетна електрическа енергия ниско напрежение, съгласно Правилата за търговия с електрическа енергия (ПТЕЕ). При наличие на техническа възможност Възложителят ще присъединява и нови обекти, допълнително включени в списъка на средствата за търговско измерване, по съответния ред, с изискуемите за това документи и по договорената с изпълнителя цена за MWh. Прогнозен обем на поръчката 1 700 MWh. нетна активна електрическа енергия, определена на база предходно потребление. Количеството по договора може да бъде различно от посоченото и ще бъде определено и заплащано според реалното потребление на Възложителя за периода на договора.
