Общото прогнозно количество за доставка на нетна активна електрическа енергия за срока на договора е 12 000,00 МW/h, както следва: Приложение № 1 – Община Враца 1– 2000 MW/h; Приложение № 2 – Община Враца 2– 2000 MW/h; Приложение № 3 – Община Враца Улично осветление – 3600 MW/h ; Приложение № 4 – Кметства (кметства и улично осветление) – 1600 MW/h; Приложение № 5 – Социални услуги – 800 MW/h; Приложение № 6 – Детски ясли – 200 MW/h ; Приложение № 7 – Общински предприятия –2400 MW/h; Прогнозното количество електроенергия на обществената поръчка /договора/ има ориентировъчен характер за срока на договора и може да бъде по-малко или по-голямо за времето на изпълнение на договора. По време на изпълнение на договора, Възложителят може да променя броя и вида на обектите посочени в Техническата спецификация, до които се доставя електрическа енергия, при отпаднала необходимост от ползване на обекти, при придобиване на нови имоти и/или друга причина. При включване на нови обекти, Възложителят ще заплаща за доставената електроенергия по договорената с Изпълнителя цена. ЗАБЕЛЕЖКА! На основание чл. 104, ал. 2 от ЗОП председателят на комисията декриптира офертите и отваря ценовите предложения заедно с документите по чл. 39, ал. 2 и ал. 3, т. 1 от ППЗОП. Тъй като всички предложения от офертите на участниците се представят чрез числова стойност, оценката на техническите и ценовите предложения на участниците се извършва преди провеждане на предварителен подбор, като проверката за наличие на основания за отстраняване и съответствие с критериите за подбор се извършва по начин, който не се влияе от резултатите от оценката на техническите и ценовите предложения. Предложенията се оповестяват чрез съобщение в електронната преписка на поръчката по чл. 36, ал. 6 и чл. 36а, ал. 2 в деня на отваряне на офертите. Действията на комисията по разглеждане, оценка и класиране на офертите ще се извърши по реда на чл. 61, ал. 1, изречение първо, и ал. 2, 3 и 4 от ППЗОП.
