Предметът на настоящата поръчка е „Доставка на нетна активна електрическа енергия от изпълнител, координатор на стандартна балансираща група, за ниско и средно напрежение с пълно администриране на информационния поток с ЕСО и поемане на разходите за небаланси за обекти на Община Тетевен“. Обхватът на обществената поръчка включва доставка на електрическа енергия за нуждите на община Тетевен – улично осветление, общински сгради, детски заведения и домашен социален патронаж, център за обществена подкрепа, дневен център за лица с увреждания, център за настаняване от семеен тип, общностен център за деца и семейства, намиращи се на територията на общината, включително съставните селища. Общо прогнозно количество в MWh за ниско и средно напрежение за срока на договора е 3175,44 MWh. ВЪЗЛОЖИТЕЛЯТ плаща на ИЗПЪЛНИТЕЛЯ ежемесечно стойността на реално потребените количества нетна активна електрическа енергия за ниско и средно напрежение. Възложителят има право (но не се задължава) да възложи „опция за допълнителни възлагания“, изразяваща се в промени на обектите, посочени в Техническата спецификация - добавяне на обект. Опцията може да се осъществи веднъж или многократно. Опцията не променя стойността на договора. Опцията може да се прилага в случай на необходимост от промени в посочените обекти в Техническата спецификация - добавяне на обект.
