Delivery of net electrical energy and selection of a balancing group coordinator for the needs of Maglizh Municipality

Continuation from section Description(BT-24-Procedure): The contractor of this public procurement shall: 1. sell the agreed quantities of electrical energy to the Contracting Authority at the place of delivery, in accordance with the applicable Rules for Trading with Electrical Energy, adopted by the decision of EWRC (PTEE). 2. include the Contracting Authority in a standard balancing group with the Contractor as coordinator, without the Contracting Authority paying a participation fee. 3. perform all necessary actions, in accordance with the currently applicable PTEE, to ensure the fulfillment of this contract. 4. issue invoices to the Contracting Authority, including the consumed active electrical energy for the specified month, excise duty and public service obligation, as well as all normatively determined additions to the price of electrical energy according to the Energy Act (ZE) and PTEE. 5. notify the Contracting Authority within the deadlines specified in the contract in case of: impossibility or delay in the fulfillment of its obligations under the Contract; change in the persons representing it or authorized to perform actions for the fulfillment of this Contract; change in registration data, data required for issuing tax invoices, etc. 6. provide the Contracting Authority with the information, data or documents requested by it and agreed in the Contract in the manner and within the deadlines specified in the Contract. 7. comply with the provisions and rules laid down in the Energy Act (ZE) and its regulations, as well as PTEE and the orders of the Electricity Transmission System Operator (ESO) so as not to be removed from the balancing energy market. 8. perform hourly measurement of consumed electrical energy with the possibility of daily tracking by creating an individual electronic platform. Quantity planning: The contractor shall prepare an hourly daily schedule for the supply of electrical energy to the contracting authority. This daily schedule will be a general form of the expected hourly energy load. The daily schedule covers 24 hours, starting from 00:00 on the respective day. Hourly daily supply schedules are prepared up to the amount and in accordance with the projected monthly energy quantities prepared and planned by the Contractor. The contractor sends the hourly daily supply schedules to 'Electric System Operator' EAD, in accordance with the provisions of PTEE. The contracting authority will authorize the contractor to confirm the supply schedules with 'Electric System Operator' EAD. The contracting authority will notify the Contractor with a written notice 10 (ten) days before planned repairs and other planned activities on its facilities, specifying the period of repair and forecasts for changes in average hourly loads and/or all other activities that would affect contractual performance. In case of unforeseen changes and/or unforeseen major repairs or long-term impossibility of electricity consumption, the Contracting Authority shall notify the Contractor in writing within 3 (three) working days from the occurrence of the event about the change in the quantity of consumed energy and the expected duration of the event.
