Изпълнението предмета на обособена позиция № 1 се осъществява чрез периодични доставки. Заявката съдържа посочен вид и брой цветя и декоративни растения. Предаването на доставките, предмет на настоящата поръчка, се осъществява в срок 24 часа, считано от получаване на заявката. Предаването се удостоверява с надлежен приемо-предавателен протокол, подписан от представители на ВЪЗЛОЖИТЕЛЯ и ИЗПЪЛНИТЕЛЯ. Разсадът за сезонни цветя да бъде произведен от сертифицирани семена.
