„Застраховане на оборудване, придобито по Проект „Модернизация и развитие на устойчив градски транспорт в град Пловдив“ и друго оборудване на община Пловдив и звената на общинска бюджетна издръжка”. Целта на настоящата обществена поръчка е да обезпечи необходимостта от предоставяне на застрахователна закрила върху имуществени интереси на Възложителя, чрез поемане на риск от настъпване на застрахователни събития, посредством предоставяне на застрахователни услуги. Предметът на поръчката обхваща предоставяне на застраховатилни услуги за сключване на застраховките от предмета на поръчката, наричани по-нататък „услуги/те“, в съответствие с техническата спецификация и условията на настоящата документация. Условията, при които ще се реализира предметът на поръчката, както правата и задълженията на възложителя и на изпълнителя, са съгласно проекта на договор, техническата спецификация, техническото и ценово предложения – приложения към настоящата документация. Договорът, който ще бъде сключен с участника, определен за изпълнител на поръчката, ще е със срок на действие 12 (дванадесет) месеца. Предвижда се договорът да бъде двукратно подновен при същите условия, включително срок, обем и обща стойност, при условията, посочени в проекта на договор.
