Delivery and integration of an expansion to the system ensuring cybersecurity management activities of critical systems of strategic sites

The scope of the order includes the execution of activities related to the Center for Monitoring and Response to Cyber Incidents at DANS, where a cybersecurity management system for critical systems of strategic sites has been implemented. Through the conduct of this public procurement, its functionalities will be expanded and developed by integrating information from external sources and platforms for sharing intelligence data regarding hacker groups, attacks, threats, methods used, signals for various events, and others, in order to enhance analytical capabilities and support processes and decisions for the protection and prevention of critical systems in strategic sites. Licenses for the built information system will be delivered. To ensure technological and functional compatibility and the smooth operation of the implemented solutions with the available resources in the operational center, hardware and software support for the infrastructure will be provided. In order to minimize operational risks and increase the reliability of IT systems, this public procurement also requires the provision of expert services for ensuring normal operation, operational support, and sustainable management of the environment. The type and quantities of software and hardware products, a detailed description of the activities for expanding and developing the functionalities of the cybersecurity management system for critical systems of strategic sites are contained in the Technical Specification with classification level "Secret" on the basis of item 14 of section II of Annex No. 1 to Article 25 in conjunction with Article 28, paragraph 2, item 2 and §1, items 13, 14 and 15, letter "b" of the DR of the ZZKI.
