Предмет на настоящата обществена поръчка е упражняване на строителен надзор и инвеститорски контрол при изпълнение на строително-ремонтни дейности на резервоари в бази, предоставени за управление на Държавна агенция "Държавен резерв и военновременни запаси" (ДА ДРВВЗ), с цел сключване на рамковo споразумениe. Предвидено е да се извършат следните дейности: изготвяне на Комплексен доклад за оценка на съответствие със основните изисквания за строежите, съгласно изискванията на чл. 142, ал. 5 от ЗУТ на инвестиционните проекти; упражняване на строителен надзор съгласно чл. 166 и чл. 168 от ЗУТ при извършване на строително-ремонтни и строително-монтажни дейности на сгради, резервоари, коловози и настилки; упражняване на инвеститорски контрол при извършване на строително-ремонтни и строително-монтажни дейности на сгради, резервоари, коловози и настилки; заверяване на екзекутивна документация, съгласно изискванията на чл. 175, ал. 2 от ЗУТ, отразяваща несъществените отклонения от съгласуваните проекти; съставяне на Технически паспорт на сгради и съоръжения след завършване на строително-монтажните и строително-ремонтни дейности в обектите, съгласно изискванията на чл. 176а, ал. 1 и чл. 1 от ЗУТ и Наредба № 5 от 2006г. за технически паспорти на строежите.
