Предметът на Обособена позиция № 1 обхваща доставки на перилни и почистващи препарати, включени в списъка по чл. 12, ал. 1, т. 1 от ЗОП, необходими за поддържане на хигиената в административни и обществени сгради, съгласно изискванията на настоящата Техническа спецификация. Изпълнителят следва да осигури качествени, безопасни и устойчиви продукти, съответстващи на изискванията за здравословна и безопасна работна среда. Договорът, който ще бъде сключен с участника, определен за изпълнител на съответната позиция, ще бъде със срок на действие 12 месеца. Предвижда се договорът за всяка от позициите да бъде двукратно подновен, по смисъла на чл. 21, ал. 1 от ЗОП, при същите условия, включително срок, обем и обща стойност, при условията, посочени в Проекта на договор, при решение на Възложителя и при наличието на финансов ресурс. Стойността на всеки от договорите, който ще бъде сключен с избрания за изпълнител участник за съответната обособена позиция, е равна на прогнозната стойност за позицията с включен ДДС, за 12 месеца, а именно: за ОП 1 – 129 098,74 € с ДДС.
