Delivery of licenses, maintenance, and modifications upon request by the contracting authority for the software modules of the Integrated Hospital Information System of UMBAL "St. George" EAD - Plovdiv

The order includes the delivery, as needed, of licenses – perpetual for the Hospital Information System, software maintenance of the system, and system modifications upon request by the contracting authority for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of extension for another 12 months. The estimated value of the order for the initial 12 months amounts to 629,687.92 BGN excluding VAT / 321,954.32 EUR excluding VAT, with the estimated value for individual activities of the subject of the order for a period of 12 months being as follows: Delivery of licenses – 196,795.22 BGN excluding VAT / 100,619.80 EUR excluding VAT Software maintenance – 274,220.72 BGN excluding VAT / 140,206.83 EUR excluding VAT Modifications – 158,671.98 BGN excluding VAT / 81,127.70 EUR excluding VAT. The estimated value of the public procurement for the maximum contract duration of 24 months amounts to 1,259,375.84 BGN excluding VAT / 643,908.64 EUR excluding VAT. Regarding the software modules and other services within the scope of the order, which involve the processing of personal data falling under the scope of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, the contractor of the order must ensure compliance with the requirements, conditions, and obligations arising for them from Article 25 of the Regulation, as well as all other obligations related to the processing of personal data arising from European and national legislation, and the nature of the processing.
