Original language: bgПредмет на обществената поръчка е избор на изпълнител за извършване на периодични доставки на ортодонтски материали, консумативи и инструментариум (наричани още „стоки“ или „продукти“) за нуждите на Факултет по дентална медицина (ФДМ) и на Университетски медико-дентален център (УМДЦ) при Медицински университет "Проф. д-р Параскев Стоянов" – Варна, съгласно приложена техническа спецификация (Приложение №1), с цел обезпечаване на лечебната и диагностичната дейност при провеждане на практическо обучение на студенти и докторанти, следдипломно обучение на лекари по дентална медицина, както и при извършване на научна дейност във ФДМ и в УМДЦ. Посочените в техническата спецификация количества са прогнозни, за 24 месеца и ще послужат за оценяване на офертите. Заявяването на вида и количествата стоки се определя от Възложителя в зависимост от конкретните му потребности и финансова обезпеченост. Възложителят не е обвързан със задължението да изчерпи посочената максимално допустима стойност и обем на договора, и си запазва правото да поръчва повече и/или по-малко от прогнозните количества, включително и да заявява продукти, които не са включени в техническата спецификация, при условията, описани в т. 5 от Указанията – Опция при възлагане. Прогнозно количество на обществената поръчка: доставка на 3 178 единици (брой, комплект, опаковка, ролка), съгласно приложена техническа спецификация (Приложение №1). Общата прогнозна стойност на настоящата обществена поръчка за срока на изпълнението ѝ е 100 000,00 лева без ДДС, която включва: 1. Обща стойност за продукти, включени в техническата спецификация - 98 950,00 лева без ДДС и 2. Обща стойност за продукти, невключени в техническата спецификация (опция) – 1 050,00 лева без ДДС. Посочената прогнозна стойност представлява максимално допустима стойност на договора за обществена поръчка, с която Възложителят се лимитира, но не се задължава да я изразходва.
