Общи изисквания: Доставяните автомобилни гуми трябва да са нови, неупотребявани, без производствени дефекти и да не са регенерирани. Доставяните автомобилни гуми трябва да отговарят на приложимите Европейски стандарти и директиви за съответния вид продукт, вкл. Регламент (ЕС) 2020/740 на европейския парламент и на Съвета от 25 май 2020 година относно етикетирането на гуми по отношение на горивната ефективност и други параметри, за изменение на Регламент (ЕС) 2017/1369 и за отмяна на Регламент (ЕО) № 1222/2009. Минимален гаранционен срок: 12 месеца, считано от датата на приемане на доставката. Гумите да са произведени не по-рано от 2025 година. Срок за изпълнение: 3 месеца. Срок за доставка: 30 календарни дни, считано от датата на влизане в сила на договора. Място на изпълнение: склад/търговски обект на Изпълнителя на територията на Република България. Изпълнителят се задължава да приема безвъзмездно излезлите от употреба автомобилни гуми на Възложителя във всички свои обекти (складове/магазини) на територията на Република България, при спазване на изискванията на Закона за управление на отпадъците (ЗУО) и Наредбата за изискванията за третиране на излезли от употреба гуми (ПМС № 221 от 14.09.2012г.).
