За осигуряване на пожарна безопасност (ПБ) при експлоатацията на обектите към ЕСО ЕАД – Управление МЕР София град се прилагат изискванията на НАРЕДБА № 8121з-647 от 1.10.2014 г. за правилата и нормите за пожарна безопасност при експлоатация на обектите (ДВ, бр. 89 от 28.10.2014 г., попр., бр. 105 от 19.12.2014 г.). Поддържане и обслужване на пожарогасителните системи (ПГС) в обектите, експлоатирани от ЕСО ЕАД Управление МЕР София град, в съответствие с инструкциите за експлоатация на производителя и при спазване изискванията на нормативната уредба. Срока за изпълнение на договора е 24 (двадесет и четири) месеца, считано от датата на предаване на всеки от обектите с отделен приемо-предавателен протокол. Пожарогаситителните системи, които ще се обслужват, се намират в следните обекти, обслужвани от Управление МЕР София град: подстанция „София юг“ и подстанция „Металургична“.
