Separate position No. 1: Delivery of devices for identifying manipulated vehicles (type 1)

The contractor shall deliver 28 units of devices for checking the identification numbers of vehicles (type 1) and train employees of the contracting authority to operate them. The technical characteristics of the devices, which are the subject of the delivery, are described in detail in the Technical Specification. Place of delivery: Sofia, 114B “Knyaginya Maria Luiza” Blvd., Directorate “International Operational Cooperation” – Ministry of Interior. Place and method of training: Sofia, in premises and vehicles owned or specially rented for this purpose by the Contractor; Delivery period: within 60 days from receipt of the award letter from the Contracting Authority, but no later than the project completion deadline. Training period: within 30 days from receipt by the Contractor of a written request from the Contracting Authority/authorized person, but no later than the project completion deadline. The participant in their offer for the execution of the order must declare one of the following circumstances: • that they are the manufacturer of the proposed equipment or • that they are an official representative of the manufacturer of the proposed equipment, for which they attach to their technical offer a document (power of attorney, letter, authorization letter, contract, etc.) issued by their manufacturer or • that they are not a manufacturer or official representative. In this case, the participant attaches to their offer for the execution of the order a document (power of attorney, letter, authorization letter, contract, etc.) certifying their right to offer (trade) the proposed equipment, issued by its manufacturer, its official representative, or another economic entity authorized to authorize on behalf of the manufacturer, as well as the authorization documents for the official representative and/or the other authorized economic entity/entities.
