The subject of the procurement is the supply of net active electrical energy at the "low voltage" level and the performance of the duties of a balancing group coordinator. During the supply, electrical energy of the required quality and in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Act (EA) and other normative acts governing public relations related to the supply of electrical energy (including regulations to the Energy Act, Rules for trading electricity (PTE) and Rules for measuring the quantity of electrical energy (PIKEE)) shall be supplied. The award of the public contract aims to conclude a contract for combined services within the meaning of Art. 20 of PTE, namely the purchase of electrical energy and payment of all services used by the Contracting Authority as an end customer: "access to the transmission and/or distribution network", "transmission of electrical energy through the transmission and/or distribution network", and "balancing responsibility", as well as settling relations related to the payment of amounts due for network services for the respective price period. During the supply, continuity of electricity supply shall be ensured, and electrical energy of the required quality and in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Act and other normative acts governing public relations related to the supply of electrical energy (including PTE, PIKEE, and regulations issued under the EA) shall be supplied. As a "balancing group coordinator", the Contractor shall assume balancing responsibility, include the Contracting Authority's facilities in the Contractor's balancing group, without the Contracting Authority paying a fee for this, and ensure the forecasting of the Contracting Authority's consumption, including the administration of the Contracting Authority's hourly consumption schedules. Assuming the costs for imbalances is the Contractor's obligation. The execution period of the subject of this public procurement is 24 (twenty-four) months or until the maximum financial framework is reached, whichever occurs first. The contract is concluded for a period of 2 (two) years / 24 (twenty-four) months or until the maximum financial framework is reached, whichever occurs first, and its execution begins on the date of registration of the first supply schedule. The estimated quantity for the contract period is approximately 280.00 MWh of net active electrical energy at low and medium voltage.
