DELIVERY OF NEW ORIGINAL CONSUMABLES FOR COPYING AND PRINTING EQUIPMENT FOR THE NEEDS OF TU-SOFIA AND ITS BRANCHES

The subject of the order is: "DELIVERY OF NEW ORIGINAL CONSUMABLES FOR COPYING AND PRINTING EQUIPMENT FOR THE NEEDS OF TU-SOFIA AND ITS BRANCHES". It includes the delivery of 522 pcs. new original consumables for copying and printing equipment, specified in the Technical Specification, part of the documentation. The indicated quantities are estimates. The contracting authority is not obliged to order all indicated quantities. The offered consumables must be original, new, unused, and un-recycled, in original factory packaging, with a sticker certifying the origin of the respective consumable – manufacturer, place of production, and other information about the consumable. They must comply with the description specified by the contracting authority – the combination of letters/numbers in the product number must be observed, according to the Technical Specification, or a fully equivalent technical product number, explicitly declared by the manufacturer. They must meet the technical requirements attached to the documentation. "Original" means consumables produced by the manufacturer of the respective equipment brand, in original packaging with intact integrity. The contract enters into force from the date of its registration in the contracting authority's registry and is valid for 12 (twelve) months or until the contract value is exhausted, whichever event occurs first. Deliveries will be made – upon request by the Contracting Authority. The deadline for each delivery is up to 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the written request from the Contracting Authority. Payment is made according to the terms of the execution contract. THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY will pay by bank transfer the price of the executed delivery, within 30 (thirty) days after signing a mutual acceptance protocol, without remarks for the delivery and presentation of an original invoice for the due amount. Invoicing details will be provided to the selected CONTRACTOR. Pursuant to Art. 100, para. 7, item 1 in conjunction with para. 1 of the PPA, the contracting authority extends the deadline for receiving offers.
