Предмет на настоящата поръчка е „Избор на екип от външни експерти за организация и управление на проект: “Реконструкция и доизграждане на ВиК инфраструктура на обособена територия обслужвана от "Водоснабдяване и канализация" ЕООД - Стара Загора” Настоящата обществена поръчка има за цел успешното (във времево, техническо, финансово, екологично и друго отношение) изпълнение на дейностите, предвидени за изпълнение в проектното предложение. Избраният изпълнител ще предостави консултантски услуги – организация, управление и отчитане на дейностите, предвидени в проекта, обезпечаващи качественото и своевременно изпълнение и отчитане на проекта като цяло, съгласно условията на АДБФП. Избраният изпълнител ще отговаря за цялостната организация и координация на работния процес по управление и изпълнение на проекта и дейностите от него, като дефинира, прецизира и разпределя между експертите конкретни задачи.
