The activities covered by the order include periodic supplies of fresh fruits and vegetables (the products) for a period of 1 year. The contract may be renewed once under the same conditions, including duration, volume, and total value, under the conditions specified in the draft contract. Supplies are made periodically twice a week (on Mondays and Wednesdays) by 9:30 AM, and if necessary, the parties may agree on another time, as well as make extraordinary deliveries. Orders are placed the previous week on Thursday by 4 PM. Regular deliveries do not exclude the possibility of extraordinary ones when objectively necessary. Extraordinary orders are placed with the contractor by 10:00 AM on the current day. The execution time for extraordinary orders is up to 2 hours from the placement of the order.
