Delivery of headphones for the needs of the National Social Security Institute (NSSI)

The subject of the public procurement is the delivery of headphones for the needs of the National Social Security Institute (NSSI). The following must be delivered: 1. Wireless professional headphones for contact center – 20 pcs.; 2. Wired professional headphones for contact center – 15 pcs. The minimum performance requirements are described in detail in the Contracting Authority's Technical Specification – Appendix No. 1. *** The delivered products must be new, unused, on the manufacturer's current product lists and not discontinued. The devices must be delivered in full working order, in the original manufacturer's packaging with intact integrity, complete with all necessary interface and power cables, where required, as well as with the necessary technical documentation (on electronic media or via links from which it can be downloaded); *** Warranty conditions: The contractor must guarantee the full functionality of the devices for the warranty period offered by him for the respective products. The warranty service parameters are: - Response time after identifying a technical deficiency/defect: up to 24 hours; - Time to rectify an identified technical deficiency/defect: up to 30 days. - If it is impossible to rectify a technical deficiency/defect within the agreed period, the products subject to this public procurement must be replaced with the same or with products with better characteristics, while maintaining full functionality, at the Contractor's expense. *** The delivery period is up to 40 days from the date of entry into force of the public procurement contract. The warranty period for the products is offered in the participants' bids. It must not be shorter than 24 months from the date of signing the acceptance certificate for the completed delivery. *** The participant must be a person authorized by the manufacturer or its official representative to distribute the offered products in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. The participant in the public procurement proves compliance with the requirement by attaching a letter of authorization or other equivalent document issued by the manufacturer or its official representative in Bulgarian or accompanied by a translation into Bulgarian in their Technical Proposal. In cases where the participant in the public procurement submits a letter of authorization from the official representative of the manufacturer (or equivalent document), a letter of authorization issued by the manufacturer (or equivalent document in Bulgarian or accompanied by a translation into Bulgarian) authorizing the official representative of the manufacturer to grant authorization to third parties must also be attached to the offer.
