Original language: bgПредметът на настоящата обществена поръчка е „Поддържане на дървесни насаждения и зелени площи, разположени в междублокови пространства на територията на СО - район „Възраждане”. Условията, при които ще се реализира предметът на поръчката, правата и задълженията на Възложителя и на Изпълнителя, са съгласно документацията към обществената поръчка и проекта на договор, както и в съответствие с приложимата нормативна уредба. Обхватът на обществената поръчка включва: косене на тревни площи, събиране и извозване на окосената трева, резитба на храсти, подраст и издънки, отсичане на дървета, събиране на шума, поддържане на чистотата и извозване на събрани отпадъци, тесане на алеи и площадки, грапане на тревни площи, изкореняване /раздробяване/ на дънери, затревяване, поливане на зелени площи и растителност и други.Дейностите, описани в Техническата спецификация може да се възложат с едно или няколко възлагателни писма, както следва: 1.при осъществяване на планирани дейности; 2.при възникване на необходимост след сигнали от граждани и/или институции, констативни с протоколи от съответните длъжностни лица и др. и 3.при възникнали аварийни ситуации. Пълната информация относно обхвата, обема и изискванията към изпълнението на предмета на поръчката е подробно описана и регламентирана в Техническата спецификация, неразделна част от документацията за обществена поръчка.
