Maintenance of tree stands and green areas located in the inter-block spaces within the territory of SO - Vazrazhdane district

The subject of this public procurement is the “Maintenance of tree stands and green areas located in the inter-block spaces within the territory of SO - Vazrazhdane district”. The conditions under which the subject of the procurement will be realized, the rights and obligations of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor, are in accordance with the documentation for the public procurement and the draft contract, as well as in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework. The scope of the public procurement includes: mowing of lawns, collection and removal of mown grass, pruning of shrubs, undergrowth and shoots, felling of trees, collection of leaves, maintenance of cleanliness and removal of collected waste, dressing of alleys and squares, raking of lawns, uprooting / shredding / of stumps, seeding, watering of green areas and vegetation, and others. The activities described in the Technical Specification may be commissioned by one or more letters of award, as follows: 1. during the implementation of planned activities; 2. when the need arises after signals from citizens and/or institutions, confirmed by protocols from the relevant officials, etc.; and 3. in case of emergency situations.
