Original language: bgПредметът на обществената поръчка е доставка чрез закупуване на горива за зареждане на моторните превозни средства, които са собственост на Община Пазарджик. Участникът следва да предлага следните видове гориво: дизелово моторно гориво, автомобилен бензин А-95Н/А-96Н/А-98Н/А100 и пропан-бутан (авто-газ). Прогнозните количества гориво, необходими за функционирането на моторните превозни средства са: Дизелово моторно гориво - 186 600 литра ± 20 %, Безоловен бензин А95Н/ А96Н/А98Н/А100 - 47 200 литра ± 20 % и Пропан-бутан (авто газ) - 27 000 литра ± 20 %. Посочените количества са прогнозни, поради което могат да бъдат променени съобразно нуждите на Възложителя. Възложителят си запазва правото да не ги усвои (и /или да не закупи) в посочения обем. Качеството и сроковете на годност на горивата са съгласно действащите и относими стандарти /БДС/ и Наредбата за изискванията за качеството на течните горива, условията, реда и начина за техния контрол /приета с ПМС № 156 от 15.07.2003 г. и последващите й изменения/ и други нормативни актове, относими към материята. Договорът влиза в сила от датата на сключване и е със срок на действие 24 (двадесет и четири) месеца считано от 15.03.2026 г. до 15.03.2028 г.
