Supply of Heating Fuel for the Needs of Kindergartens in the Territory of Maritsa Municipality

Maritsa Municipality does not commit to utilizing the entire specified fuel quantity and will not be liable for any claims from the Supplier if the order volume is not fully executed. Fuel delivery will be made directly to the designated kindergarten facilities located within the territory of Maritsa Municipality, as detailed in Appendix No. 1, which forms an integral part of the Procurement Specification. The Procurement Specification and its Appendix 1 are available in the electronic case file of the procurement within the Centralized Automated Information System for Public Procurement (CAIS EOP). Maritsa Municipality reserves the right to update the list of delivery sites as per Appendix No. 1. The delivery timeframe for any specifically requested quantity of fuel is within two (2) working days from the date the Seller receives a written request from Maritsa Municipality. Requests for necessary quantities will be submitted in writing via email to an address provided by the Seller in the exchange agreement.
