Collection of cash amounts for water and sewage services at the Contractor's designated points, using the Contractor's software and resources

Collection on behalf of and at the expense of the Contracting Authority of amounts for water and sewage services provided by the company's users for invoices issued at real-time online cash desks, according to List No. 1 attached in the technical specification, valid at the time of the procedure's opening. Information exchange is done electronically with daily data exchange between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor. The collection of due amounts is carried out by the Contractor at its designated points using information provided by the Contracting Authority in the form of an electronic database, through the use of the client part of the Contracting Authority's software. Requirements of the Contracting Authority for the execution of Lot No. 1: 1. For the duration of the contract, the Contractor shall have designated points (cash desks) operating in real-time in all settlements specified in List No. 1 attached to the technical specification. 1.1. The selected participant is obliged, before signing the contract, to submit a list of all points (cash desks) through which they will perform the subject of the contract, including the settlement, the exact address, and the working hours of each point. The list becomes an integral part of the contract. The Contractor is not allowed to cease service in the settlements specified in List No. 1 of the technical specification, except with the prior written consent of the Contracting Authority and upon ensuring equivalent service. 2. The Contractor shall have qualified personnel to serve the Contracting Authority's users, the necessary computer equipment, and consumables for the execution of the contract subject. 3. The points shall operate in real-time for 8 hours each working day. 4. The Contractor is obliged to transfer the paid amounts to the Contracting Authority by bank transfer daily on the next working day, with bank fees for the transfers being entirely at the Contractor's expense. 5. The Contractor bears full responsibility for the collected cash funds. 6. The Contractor is not allowed to refund amounts for incorrectly accounted and invoiced water. 7. In case of unlawful actions or destruction of documents and information by the Contractor of the public procurement, the restoration of the same shall be entirely at their expense. 8. The Contractor settles the users' obligations by observing the sequence of invoices in chronological order of their occurrence. The sequence may be altered at the user's request. 9. If the need arises, the Contracting Authority may include additional settlements where amounts for water and sewage services provided by the company's users are to be collected via cash desks, or exclude existing ones, by concluding an additional agreement / Annex /. Note: points (cash desks) mean cash counters located in enclosed spaces.
