Selection of a supplier of net electricity and a balancing group coordinator for the sites of Pirdop Municipality

The subject of this public procurement includes the activities of supply (sale) of net active electrical energy (low/medium/high voltage) by a standard balancing group coordinator, with full administration of the information flow with ESO and assumption of the costs for imbalances for the sites of Pirdop Municipality. During the execution of the public procurement, energy monitoring with own or leased means of measurement and communication shall be carried out when necessary, and the necessary schedules and reports shall be submitted to the Contracting Authority. The supply of electrical energy must be in accordance with the current regulations: Energy Act (EA), Rules for Trading in Electrical Energy (PTEE) and Rules for Measuring Electrical Energy (PIKEE). The estimated electricity consumption for 12 months, the total cost and the monthly electricity consumption are indicated in the table presented in Appendix No. 1.1, part of the Technical Specification. The contractor carries out the supply of net active electrical energy and performs the functions of a balancing group coordinator for all sites - low, medium and high voltage for the needs of all sites of Pirdop Municipality, indicated in the table to the Technical Specification – Appendix No. 1.1. The total estimated quantity for the supply of net active electrical energy for the Contracting Authority's sites for a period of 12 (twelve) months is ≈ 610,014 MWh, for 24 (twenty-four) months is ≈ 1220,028 MWh, and with the included possibility of renewal for up to another 12 (twelve) months is ≈ 1830,042 MWh.
