Original language: bgПредметът на обществена поръчка включва доставка на природен газ за нуждите на СБАЛО "Свети Мина" ЕООД, с адрес: гр. Благоевград, ул. Васил Левски № 62 за срок от 3 години (36 месеца), а именно доставка на природен газ за отопление за отоплителни сезони 2026/2027 г.; 2027/2028 г. и 2028/2029 г. и целогодишно осигурявае на топла вода в сградата на лечебното заведение за периода от 01.05.2026 г. до 30.04.2029 г. Прогнозното количество за доставка на природен газ за тригодишния период е 75 хнм3, изчислено въз основа на отчетните данни, считано от 01.05.2023 г. до 31.03.2026 г. и предполагаемото годишно потребление. Посоченото количество е ориентировъчно и служи само за информация, за целите на настоящата поръчка, като по никакъв начин не ангажира възложителя да го потреби и по никакъв начин не ограничава потреблението на възложителя само в неговите рамки. Прогнозната стойност на обществената поръчка за тригодишния период възлиза на 60 000,00 (шестдесет хиляди) евро без ДДС и е актуална към датата на откриване на обществената поръчка. Тъй като цената на природния газ се определя периодично, в съответствие с действащите в страната регламенти за ценообразуване на природен газ, прогнозната стойност се приема за ориентировъчна и е възможно да не бъде изчерпана с оглед невъзможността регулираната цена за доставка на природен газ да бъде прогнозирана за бъдещ период от 3 години (36 месеца). Прогнозната цена е определена въз основа на отчетни данни, считано от 01.05.2023 г. до 31.03.2026 г., с процент увеличение предвид геополитически фактори, свързани с нестабилността на Близкия изток.
